We begin with a luncheon complete with wine and witty words on Saturday 6th May at 1pm to launch the Festival. Early booking for the luncheon is advised.

On Sunday 7th May at 6pm we celebrate Songs of Praise led by the All Saints Choir and Festival Young Peoples Orchestra

On Tuesday 9th May we present two performances of Carnival of the Animals and More Animal Tales The 1.30pm performance is free and for school children. The public performance is at 7.30pm with cheese and wine. Performing will be Stephen Craig and Hywel Evans, piano duet, and solo players from All Saints Academy, Chamber Ensemble, Celticana and sound collective. The narrator is Rosie Jones and Tom Hammond of sound collective - a London-based professional ensemble, directs the music. The version to be played is the 1886 chamber edition for solo instruments.

Candlelit songs, sonnets and serenades follow on Thursday 11th May. We shall hear famous poems set to music and some original work performed by Nicola Hughes, the Ariosa Singer and Soloists with pianists Richard John and Hywel Evans

A Coffee Concert on Saturday 12th May features the All Saints Junior Choristers performing Captain Noah and his Floating Zoo by Michael Flanders and Joseph Horovitz

On Monday 15th May the Festival hosts a celebration of the Baroque in words and music including a performance of Vivaldis Four Seasons and Sonnets with the Welsh Baroque Orchestra directed by Andrew Wilson Dickson

A studio style reading of Under Milk Wood a play for voices by Dylan Thomas will be at Norton Village Church on Wednesday 17th May

... and the Festival concludes on Thursday 18th May with the annual Bishop Benjamin Vaughan Memorial Lecture. We are delighted that Bishop Vaughans nephew, Professor D. P, Davies has agreed to give this years lecture. Professor Davies is a much-respected theologian based at Lampeter University
